Where are you located?

Our main shop is located in Frisco with a new location in Dallas.

Frisco: 8811 Teel Pkwy #160, Frisco, TX 75034. We're located at the southwest corner of Main Street and Teel Parkway, right next to Wing Stop and about 5 minutes from Toyota Stadium.

Dallas: 5601 W Lovers Lane #130, Dallas, TX 75209. We’re excited to serve the University Park community with another grab-and-go concept, about 10 minutes from SMU.

What are your hours?

Current hours at both shops are 7:00 am - 2:00 pm daily. We noticed that most donut shops in the DFW metroplex are only open until noon. Come pick up donuts for coworkers or school friends in the morning, or stop by in the afternoon for a pick-me-up!

Are your mochi donuts gluten-free?

Our mochi donuts are made with rice flour, which makes them stretchier and chewier than a traditional yeast donut. We use a bit of regular flour in the dough, so unfortunately they aren't 100% gluten-free or recommended for our celiac customers. Mochi donuts do, however, have less gluten than the average yeast donut.

Do you have any gluten-free or vegan donuts?

Unfortunately, we're unable to offer gluten-free or vegan donuts at this time.

HOW DO I PLACE A PREORDER?

You can click the "Order Now" link in the navigation at the top of our website, or click here! And no need to wait in the regular line, there is a separate area for pickups.

What payment methods do you accept?

We take all forms of payment except checks! That means cash, credit (including AMEX), debit, Google Pay, and Apple Pay.

Do you sell gift cards?

We do! Currently, you may purchase in-store or online.

Do you deliver?

Eventually, our goal is to provide our own delivery service. For now, we offer delivery through Grubhub, Uber Eats, and DoorDash within a 5-10-mile radius from our Frisco shop. Working with third-party delivery has been a necessary move out of 2020, but we cannot guarantee the delivery experience, particularly if you find our shop on other sites in which we do not grant permission.

While we're happy to get our donuts and drips straight to you, we do encourage you to preorder/pickup directly to save up to 30% and receive the best customer service. In the meantime, we will try our best to accommodate deliveries for special events and occasions. Contact us and let's talk!

Do you cater weddings and events?

We sure can! You can place large orders of our current menu through Toast or email catering@wowdonutsanddrips.com for special requests like custom flavors or donut wall rentals. Ask us if your catering order qualifies for delivery with our NEW (and colorful!) catering van.

What ARE YOUR CURRENT SAFETY PROTOCOLS?

The safety of our customers and team are of the utmost importance here at WOW! In accordance with recently updated CDC guidelines and local county risk levels (Denton/Collin/Dallas), masks are now optional for guests in-store, but encouraged if you are high-risk or simply feel more comfortable doing so.

We continue to maintain a high quality of cleaning and sanitizing protocols to ensure the safety of everyone who visits and works at our store. We may change our COVID policies as we continue to monitor the latest guidance from local and federal health officials. Please check back if you have any questions or visit CDC.gov for more details.

MOST POPULAR DONUT?

Good question! Some of our most popular flavors include Biscoff Cream, Creme Brûlée, Strawberry Shortcake, and mochi donuts. If you've never been in, we suggest you start with the Biscoff donut paired with an Iced Vanilla Latte - with or without oat milk!
